A cartoon film made by the Saudi businessman Muwaffaq Alharithiy. Its making cost reached more than US $ 12 million. For a long time Muwaffaq Alharithiy was pleased with the idee of the film until he decided to start the project in 1999 at the time he reached an agreement with the American cartoon producer Richard Rich –one of the most famous producers of Walt Disney productions- to make a top-quality cartoon at the level of the world-famous other productions. In a similar way than the film “ The Message “ ( by Moustapha Akkad) it tells the story of the life of Muhammad - peace be upon him- ( without photographing him peace be upon him ) and how Islam appeared and who were the first muslims.

Un film d'animation réalisé par l'homme d'affaire saoudien Muwaffaq Alharithiy et dont les coûts de production ont dépassé les 12 millions US$. Pendant un certain temps, l'idée plut à Muwaffaq Alharithiy, jusqu'à ce qu'il décidât de lancer le projet en 1999 après être arrivé à un accord avec le producteur américain de dessins animés, Richard Rich –l'un des plus célèbres producteurs de Disney- pour la réalisation d'un film d'animation de haute qualité, et à la hauteur des productions mondiales. En ce qui concerne le contenu, le film relate l'histoire de Muhammad –que la Paix et Salut d'Allah soient sur lui- (sans le représenter), la manière dont l'Islam est apparu et l'histoire des premiers croyants, dans un style similaire à celui du film « Le Messager » (de Moustapha Akkad).
